Audition Consent Form to Share Personal Information

Leferi Beauty Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as “Leferi”) is
obtaining audition applicants consent to collection and
use of their personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
including the Personal Information Protection Act.

Information to Be Collected: Required information : name, mobile no., date of birth, e-mail, gender, address, submitted video; Optional information : SNS address

Purpose of Collection and Use: To identify audition applicants and select winners

Personal information of audition applicants is basically disposed
without any delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled.
However, the following information is retained for a specified period because of the reasons listed below.

Information retention required by relevant laws and regulations: In the event that it is required by relevant laws and regulations,
personal information of audition applicants is retained for a certain period stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.
In this case, Leferi uses the personal information only for the purpose of its retention, and the retention period is as follows.

4Access records: Reason for retention : PROTECTION OF COMMUNICATIONS SECRETS ACT Article 15 (2) and ENFORCEMENT DECREE Article 41; Retention period : 3 months

5Records on unlawful uses: Reason for retention : Leferi policy on exclusion of unlawful uses; Retention period : 1 year

Refusal to Consent and Details of Disadvantages of Refusal: Audition applicants have the right to refuse to consent to the above-stated personal information collection and use.
However, in the event that audition applicants refuse to provide the required information, they may be excluded from audition candidates.
