Can anyone apply to Leferi?

Anyone can apply. Anyone can be a beauty creator regardless of age, gender, nationality, etc. However, we are waiting for applicants who can complete the training program at the head office of Leferi because Leferi’s nurturing program consists of the off-line training and mentoring. Even if your makeup skills are not good, you can grow to be a creator sharing a variety of details of your life and reviews besides beauty as long as you have your own distinct character.

What are next steps after applying?

Within 2 weeks after applying, all applicants receive an email informing the possibility of auditions. The applicants getting this email can participate in the audition to be held at the head office of Leferi in Samseong-dong, Seoul and need to visit the head office in person to participate in the audition.

We select the applicants who pass the audition and evaluate how suitable these selected applicants are as creators through a separate test and 2nd interview. We select the successful applicants through these steps and make a contract with them. Once they enter into a contract with Leferi, they are qualified to join ‘Leferi Beauty Creator Lab’, which is the Leferi’s official creator academy. They can complete the initial training for creator debut in ‘Leferi Beauty Creator Lab’ at no cost.

How long does the audition take?

The audition itself usually takes 20 ~ 30 minutes and the waiting time may be 30 minutes at most.

What should I prepare for the training?

The essentials are note taking materials, a camera, a laptop, and the editing program ‘Adobe Premier Pro’.
When you can’t buy a camera right away, you can use your mobile phone, but we recommend to buy your own camera because the We recommend Canon G7 X Mark II, which is the most used by beauty creators for its excellent performance and lightness.
DSLR camera is good, but it may be difficult to handle for its weight in outdoor shooting requiring a wide range of movements.

What do I write in the application form?

Please write your detailed plan and purpose as a beauty creator as well as your strengths making you stand out, rather than simply saying “I want to be a creator” or “I’ll do my best”.
The more information in your application form can raise your chance of passing the audition. Please make sure to upload your video of 16:9 in the aspect ratio that takes less than 1 minute without using any application, so that we can have a better idea of your style and image.
We’d appreciate it if you provide your YouTube channel, Instagram, and/or other SNS information for our reference.

How does the audition work?

There is no particular item you need to prepare. There are a camera test and Q & A session.
Leferi is waiting for creators who can collaborate with us as our long-term partners, and we evaluate the suitability of applicants as creators through the comprehensive review of applicants’ passion, will, goal, etc.
We’re waiting for applications from many passionate future creators.

What are the training schedule and curriculum like?

A total of 6 sessions, taking 3 hours per session, are provided by ‘Leferi Beauty Creator Lab’ for 2 ~ 3 weeks.
Even after the training, we support our creators by helping them operate their official channel and providing regular channel mentoring.
The starting date of the training may be subject to change depending on Leferi in-house schedule, and in this case, we contact all admitted candidates to inform a new schedule.

What is the cost of training provided after signing a contract?

Leferi provides creators with the basic training program and various kinds of mentoring free of charge.
When Leferi’s official creators make a profit from various business, the profit shall be divided reasonably.
This only applies to profits creators newly produce, which means no cost burden is involved in the whole training.
